Our initial mortgage consultation is free. We usually charge a fee between £195-£595 once a mortgage offer has been obtained. The amount we will charge is dependent on the amount of research and administration required and will be discussed and agreed with you at the earliest opportunity. We do not charge a fee for product transfers and we do not charge a fee for any insurance advice.
