Our initial mortgage consultation is free.
We usually charge a fee between £95-£995 once a mortgage offer has been obtained. The amount we will charge is dependent on the amount of research and administration required and will be discussed and agreed with you at the earliest opportunity. This fee is payable on receipt of your mortgage offer. We do not charge a fee for insurance advice.
